We offer shipping to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We currently do not ship internationally, but we're working on expanding this option in the future.

  • Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Delivery: (2-4 business days)
Cost: £3.99

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Handling Time: Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: Expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), based on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: From order placement to arrival, the total delivery time will range from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the delivery address.

 

  • Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can check your delivery status directly through our courier's website.

  •  Delivery Restrictions

Please note that there may be certain remote areas in the UK where additional delivery charges apply or delivery times may be longer. If this applies to your order, we will notify you beforehand.

  •  Lost or Damaged Items

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking number. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or offering a refund.

  • Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
