1. 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return and refund.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unused and unassembled
  • Be in its original packaging

Proof of Purchase:
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when submitting a return request.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization:
If your return is accepted, we will:

  • Provide instructions on how and where to send your package
  • Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs,3.99£

Return method: By Mail

Return label: Included in the package

Restocking fee: £3.99

Important:
Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


3. Damages and Issues

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items
  • Perishable Goods and Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases

5. Refunds

Processing Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Delayed Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 15 working days, please reach out to us at sales@fitnessboost.co.uk for assistance.

Bank Processing Time:
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


6. Exchanges

Policy:
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

Alternative Option:
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, provided it meets our return policy criteria. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
